Progress.

I am currently in the progress of creating my anomatic. I have also began filming for my music video, however, with the lack of cameras at the college it has been difficult to film as much as I would have liked to.

Story board.(top to bottom)

These are the images from my story board, this will give me an idea on what I will need for the shots in my video. It will also let me see the sequence that I have planned and help me when I am editing my product.

My Song Choice.

I have chosen to use this song as I feel that it has a strong narrative and I think that the lyrics are very affective. This is good as I can create a strong video based on the lyrics and the lyrics will help my video be more successful as they do have a narrative.

Analysis of my lyrics.

 I have developed a breif description of what I would like to include in my video based on the song lyrics. This will help me when I create my story board.

Ideology of my music video.

I would like for my video to create a strong narrative for the lyrics. The lyrics of my chosen song are very strong and effective and I would like the feelings in the lyrics to come across in my music video.

Snow Patrol video.

This is a video by Snow Patrol for Set Fire to the Third Bar. In my opinion this music video is not very effective as not a lot happens in the duration of the video. They are sat in two seperate room singing and the setting does not change from that. It is made clear that they rooms represent the couple being apart from on and another. There are some interesting aspects such as the lighting, one room is painted fully white and they have used very bright lighting to create the look of a glow.
